The discussion focused on practical pathways for accelerating the region’s transition to cleaner energy sources, emerging innovation opportunities, and the economic case for adopting solutions that reduce emissions and improve urban air quality.

We were glad to share our perspective and highlight how direct air capture and locally sourced CO₂ can contribute to reducing emissions and supporting more sustainable regional industries. Nick Oseyko accentuated the need for rapid economic adoption of emerging technologies in the cleantech sector.

The event was delivered with exceptional attention to detail, and we appreciate the efforts of the MIT GSW team and partners who made these conversations possible. We are also grateful to EIC Accelerator and Google for Startups for facilitating our participation and helping amplify discussions around clean energy solutions for Central and Eastern Europe – a topic that remains both urgent and highly relevant.
